Company Description

We know a little something about tamales. Sherry grew up in a loving and large Mexican-American family that handed down the family tamale recipe for generations. Inspired by our family recipes we transformed this ancient Latin tradition with an eye on healthier and cleaner ingredients. We are so proud of the tamales we make. We still wrap them in a traditional corn husk (hoja) and hand roll them all. We care about our ingredients and you can taste the difference.
