Graziers Raw Monterey Jack
Graziers farms use a rotational grazing program allowing the cows to eat fresh grass on pasture year-round, 300 days out of the year. There are no more than three cows per acre, and they are rotated between paddocks once or twice daily. The cows will not return to the same paddock for 15 days, which gives the grass me to rest and regrow fresh and nutrient rich. Fresh grass gives Graziers milk significantly higher levels of omega 3s to omega 6 fatty acids, CLAs, vitamins, and minerals. Graziers milk is always free of GMOs, artificial hormones, and antibiotics. Graziers Cheese has all the benefits of a raw milk cheese.
