The Supplant™ Company upcycles unused fiber-rich agricultural side streams (cobs, husks, hulls, stalks) to make plant-based ingredients which are better for humans and the environment. Our hand-crafted chocolate bar and shortbread recipes are the first taste of the food industries future. Developed in collaboration with 7x Michelin star Chef Thomas Keller, these products feature Supplant™ Sugars from Fiber (less than half the calories of cane sugar, lower glycemic response and is prebiotic).
