Company Description

Supplant chocolate is a first taste of the food industry’s future. These chocolate bars feature Supplant sugars from fiber, a planet & human friendly new food category. Sugars from fiber are made using parts of crops that don’t make their way into the food system (such as upcycled straw, stems, and cobs) it has less than half the calories of cane sugar, has a lower glycemic response and is prebiotic. Handcrafted, small batch, made in collab with 7x Michelin star Chef Thomas Keller.
