Laoban Dumplings does classic Chinese dumplings with a modern twist. We make our dumplings from scratch using all natural, premium ingredients--no preservatives, free range chicken, Berkshire pork. We got our start as a dumpling shop in Washington, DC, and our lineup of 4 dumplings--Beijing Pork, Ginger Chicken, Livin' on the Vedge, and Pork Soup Dumplings--from three-time Michelin awarded chef Tim Ma have been called some of the best in DC by Zagat and featured in the Washington Post and Eater.
