Company Description

We are a boutique bakery located in rural PA specializing in sprouted grain baked goods and flax based granolas. We obtained a license from The Land Institute to process kernza (tm), a perennial grain that promises to revolutionize agriculture. Check in with our booth for packaged take-home samples and literature on our broad array of products.

Brands: Sprouted whole-grain; bread, pocket pita, pizza crusts, bagels, crackers and flax-seed based granolas.
