Big Fork Brands is a Chicago-based, family-owned company focused on innovating the swine; through bacon sausage, pork jerky, & snack sticks. Big Fork works w/ independent farmers in the Midwest who raise Heritage Hogs outdoors w/out the use of antibiotics. These hogs live the good life with continuous access to the outside. Our goal is do very little to the glorious meat so you can taste the quality, taste the difference. Clean label, great tasting products, with a unique twist, that's Big Fork.
