Executive Chef


A graduate of the Century School of Culinary Arts in San Diego, California, Karl Marsh, a certified research chef, has more than 3 decades of professional cooking experience to his credit.

Prior to serving in the role of Executive Chef at Freshly, an innovative meal delivery service, Karl worked at Eat Fit Go Healthy Foods as Vice President of Kitchen Operations and Executive Chef. In this position, he ws responsible for all R&D, kitchen operations, food production, distribution, and purchasing. He was promoted to Chief Culinary Officer in June of 2017.

Prior to joining Eat Fit Go Karl was the Corporate Executive Chef of Omaha Steaks for 13 years. In this position, he acted as a company spokesperson and was responsible for all test kitchen operations including new product development and testing and quality assurance, recipe development and training. Karl was regularly featured on national television broadcasts such as Fox and Friends, Entertainment Tonight and The Daily Buzz. Karl was also featured at The Food Network's 2013 South Beach Food and Wine Festival.

Prior to joining Omaha Steaks, Karl had been actively involved as the Director of Product Development and Corporate Executive Chef for Chevys Fresh Mex Incorporated in Emeryville, California for 7 years. Karl’s previous experience also includes Executive Chef positions at the Painted Table, Alexis Hotel, Hotel Finisterra in Cabo San Lucas and various restaurants on Seattle’s Top Ten Restaurants List.
