Joyce Lee is the founder of Nibble, a concept born from her passion for supporting early stage food brands (and of course, her love of snacking!) Nibble is a modern day snack shop that looks coast-to-coast to find an eclectic mix of tasty, well-sourced, up-and-coming snack brands that tickle your taste buds again and again. Snacks you love to eat. Snacks that fuel your day. Snacks that nurture your body. Whatever you’re hungry for, Nibble is sure to you leave you inspired!
Joyce has a food marketing background and most recently ran Marketing and Culinary for Cosi. Prior to Cosi, she spearheaded the consumer experience initiative at Unidine and was part of the marketing team that rebranded Bertucci’s. She has also spent time in the consumer products food industry managing brands for Welch’s and Colgate Palmolive. She attended business school at The Kellogg School of Management.
Aside from snacking and finding interesting places to eat, Joyce is generally chasing her daughters around and squeezing in travel whenever possible.
